Schools distribute district -developed CDM information to students

November 14, 2014: Deadline for Parent/Student requests for CDM turned in to schools.
November 21, 2014: Deadline for schools to send CDM requests to Steven Weber.
December 2014 - February 2015:
Curriculum coordinators and teachers develop Phase 1 assessments for non-EOC courses, identify Phase 2 products/artifacts, and develop rubrics for Phase 2. APEX courses and student logins will be created (Nelson)
December 19, 2014 - Phase 1 assessments - completed and submitted to Steven
February 6, 2015 - Phase 2 assessments - completed and submitted to Steven
February 17-20, 2015: Administration of Phase 1 Assessment
February 27, 2015: Phase 1 results reported to students/parents
February 27 - early March, 2015: (Phase 2 assessments will be distributed to students.)
March 20, 2015: Students complete Phase 2 products and committees complete scoring
March 26, 2015: Committee determines which students will receive credit
April 10, 2015: Notice of CDM process outcome will be communicated to parents and students
April 11 - April 20, 2015: Parents/students appeal window
April - May, 2015: Counselors register students in appropriate courses for the following school year.
